Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Goods in stock will be shipped within 24 Hours of payment confirmation.

Whilst we make every effort to carry ample stock, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand. If the goods ordered are not in stock, they will be shipped within 3-5 working days. Should there be a delay longer than 5 days, we will be in contact to notify you of the delay and advise an approximate date for dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped or in the process of being shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order.

MINERALE deliver within Australia only.


Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping is via registered post at a flat rate of $8.00 anywhere in Australia.

All goods are shipped via Australia Post, using registered post. Postage includes insurance.

Delivery times can vary but will usually be within 2-7 working days for all major Australian cities. Delivery times may be longer for regional areas of Australia.

Deliveries are Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.

MINERALE takes great care to ensure that goods are delivered correctly and promptly. However we cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Returns Policy

MINERALE will accept return or exchange where a product is faulty. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

MINERALE will accept return or exchange for change of mind within 7 days, provided that the product is new and has not been used, with all paperwork and original packaging (less freight charges).

  1. Email MINERALE at info@minerale.com.au with the Invoice number, and returns details
  2. You will be sent a Return Authorization Code and an address to return the product(s)
  3. Pack the items securely to avoid damage in shipment with the Authorization Code
  4. Send returns to the address provided, in original condition with documentation and packaging.

No goods returned will be accepted without an Authorizaton Code.

Minerale reserves the right to refuse service or credit.
